A major IT issue is still affecting the Southern Trust with patients being told to stay away from accident and emergency departments unless absolutely necessary.
All planned surgery and out-patient appointments remain cancelled today.
The problem began yesterday and led to ambulances being diverted from Daisy Hill Hospital in Newry and Craigavon Area Hospital in County Armagh and other patients told to stay away.
The Trust says while the problem has been resolved, systems are still being worked on.
An investigation into the major incident IT issue is now also underway.
